Buyers will receive PIN#s (pin codes), dialing instructions, and customer support contact for each PIN# purchased. This information will be e-mailed to you.
The first-time customers' orders are subject to approval by ExtraTalk.com representative. After the first order is approved, all following orders are delivered via e-mail instantly.
Prepaid PIN#s are not returnable, refundable or exchangable. It is the buyers responsibility to contact the customer service department (given with dialing instructions) should any other problems arise.
It is our intent to bring only established, good quality services to the marketplace, at discount prices normally not found elsewhere (both on the web and local retail stores). If you experience a problem with a call or PIN#, please report it to the appropriate customer service department for a solutions, as it is their product we are selling.
